Refund, Return & Reshipment Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us within the time limits below — we’ll review each case carefully and offer a fair solution (refund, replacement, or reshipment).
1. Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, you may request a refund or reshipment.

USA: After 45 days from shipment.

Most countries: After 60 days from shipment.

Brazil: After 110 days (due to customs delays).
Please note:
Delays caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels, or local post office pickup requirements are not eligible for refund.
2. Orders Not Received
If the tracking information shows the order as delivered, we cannot issue a refund.
If the parcel is marked as lost, delayed, or returned due to:

Wrong or incomplete address

Refused delivery

Unclaimed package

Customs clearance issues
then we cannot guarantee compensation unless an official “non-delivery certificate” from your local post office is provided.
3. Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos or videos.

Severely damaged: Full refund or replacement.

Partially damaged (minor scratches, creases, etc.): Partial refund or replacement.
Please note: Packaging damage alone (e.g. crushed boxes) is not eligible for refund.
4. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item:

Wrong item: Full refund or replacement.

Missing parts: Partial refund or reshipment of the missing part.

Wrong color/size: Refund or replacement if it affects product function (please include a photo).
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Custom-made (POD) or pre-order items cannot be cancelled after payment, as they are produced specifically for you.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but products must be sent back to our partner warehouse.
Please note that international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and return times may be long (up to 3 months).
For this reason, in most cases we offer a replacement or partial refund instead of requesting a return.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

The buyer simply changes their mind.

The product matches the description but does not meet personal expectations.

Wrong item or address was provided by the customer.

The parcel is refused, unclaimed, or held by customs due to local regulations.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs policies, or international conflicts.
